A simple, honest ice bath timer for people who actually get in the cold.
Vero Plunge started as a timer for one person's own ice baths, built because every other app in the app store wanted a subscription, an account, or an advert between you and a start button - not exactly what you want to deal with when you're plunging in cold water. Plus, most have tiny little start/stop buttons, that didn’t respond when you had cold hands.
So Vero Plunge is deliberately simple: one big button that works with cold, wet hands, a clear countdown, a heads-up before your time is up, and a log of every plunge so you can see your progress. Nothing more to it, and nothing hidden behind a paywall.
Designed for the moment you're actually in - not a settings menu you need to study first.
There's nothing to sign up for and nothing being sold to you while you plunge.
Your plunge history is for you - see our privacy policy for the detail.
Vero Plunge was developed by Vero Recovery Ltd, a new UK Ice Bath accessory and recovery company offering products and accessories. The company was created with the aim of solving years of frustrations after using other ice bath products themselves and finding quality issues, poor support and after sales. If you've got feedback, found a bug, or just want to say the app helped your morning routine, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
